Led our Platform Evolution Program which mobilized staff from across the organization to modernize our infrastructure and build new capabilities.Designed, organized, facilitated and spoke at the first Wikimedia Technical Conference in 2018 - our attendees spanned our staff, affiliate organizations, community members, and developers from around the world.Led a group of staff to increase our front-end developer productivity by integrating Vue and sharing open source components with partner organizations.Partnered with our Director of Learning and Development to create more equitable promotion and compensations processes, including adding a new position of Staff Engineer and encoding our organizational values as measurable behaviors used for awarding promotions.Along with Wikimedia Foundation executives, developed and executed a multi-year, multi-million dollar partnership with Wikimedia Deutschland. This defined our monetary and staff investments, inter-organizational data strategy, and operational support between our two organizations.
