Current- One of the leaders in helping open the new location. - In charge of hiring and scheduling all FOH employees.-Coordination of BOH operations and implementing product into FOH services.-Scheduling beer releases.-Ordering all necessary inventory for FOH and established an inventory system.-Implemented new POS systems and trained each employee-Created new SOP for a new location-Managed booking for private event space-Implemented spreadsheets and tracking for tip pooling -Plan events such as live music, fundraisers, and other brewery events.
