This time has taught me about the deep honor and importance of leadership in the lives' of people and the health and effectiveness of organizations. Great leadership is more than a pursuit, it's a calling on my life, and my greatest hope to help others grow in their capacity to love, learn, and grow in their own leadership. I am deeply passionate about helping leaders close the gap between who they are, and who they want to become.
