Vp, Corporate Banking
Current• Manage client relationships in the Corporate space ($50MM-1B in Annual Revenue)• Oversee existing credit and liquidity portfolio exceeding $100MM in size• Serve as main point of contact for CEO, CFO, Treasurer and VPF corporate banking needs• Prospect diverse set of industries: manufacturing, wholesale, distribution, professional services, software, healthcare, transportation• Lead cross-sell efforts of the bank’s full suite of services: Syndications, Asset-Backed Finance & Securitization, Treasury Management, Derivatives, Foreign Exchange, PNC Business Credit, PNC Private Bank, Institutional Asset Management• Collaborate with external and internal deal teams to determine optimal tenor, pricing, covenants, and collateral structure of credit facilities• Assist in negotiation of credit agreements by leveraging internal and external counsel• Build relationships with external business partners/centers of influence and educate them on PNC’s products, risk profile and relationship oriented approach • Mentor PNC’s Corporate Banking Development program associates and analysts as they complete the program• Track record of high performance: 2023 and 2024 PNC Market All-Star Award Winner for performance excellence• Relocated in 2021 from Philadelphia to help lead integration and build out of PNC’s corporate banking business in Austin post-acquisition of BBVA USA
