Provide software consulting services covering, but not limited to, project management, software decommissioning and software quality assurance for the US Treasury Department and Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Projects delivered include: - Systems that supported the Office of Debt Management's ability to analyze the Treasury Department's short and long term debt issuance, yield curves and interest rates- Decommissioning strategies used to sunset vendor time series management tool at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY)- Documented and managed the formal QA and UAT testing of the Risk Reporting module which allowed FRBNY bank staff to query and report on portfolio ratings and risk.- Documented and managed the formal QA and UAT test strategy of a Structured Products module which monitored the risk of toxic portfolios absorbed by the FRBNY in response to the 2008 financial crisis- Manage the testing and documentation of data warehouse solution supporting foreign exchange data and holdings at the FRBNY
