My duties duties include performing routine maintenance and minor repairs to landfill gas collection and power generating systems, including equipment such as pneumatic pumps, blower or flare systems and condensate management systems. I also carry out non-routine duties such as raising wells, fusing HDPE pipe and installing and repairing pneumatic fluid removal pumps. I perform landfill gas, surface water, leachate, soil and air sampling and I am also required to measure liquid levels in landfill gas extraction wells and monitor landfill well fields to ensure they are functioning properly. Other responsibilities include, submitting compliance, operational, and safety forms and reports, and interpreting and adjusting monitoring equipment, such as flow meters and pressure gauges.

Collected on delinquent Retail Credit Card accounts. All federal and state laws governing collection practices must have been followed and the utmost professionalism and customer service minded actions followed at all times.

I was responsible for supervising inmates in housing units and those that were segregated for administrative or punitive measures. I also maintained control and discipline of the inmates. Lastly, I was responsible for preventing the introduction of contraband into the institution.

I was responsible for managing 4 store locations. Everything from scheduling all the employees, auditing each store on a weekly basis, team management and leadership, customer service and complaint resolution, marketing and acquiring business partners, collecting on delinquent accounts both over the phone and by going directly to the customers home.

Opened and closed store location, negotiated price on items being brought in for pawn/sale and items being purchased. Researched current values of items being sold/pawned for negotiation purposes. Cleaned, resized jewelry, displayed and sold jewelry. Utilized customer service skills to ensure customers best experience possible.

Phoenix, Arizona Area

I was responsible for preventing any contraband for entering the Phoenix International Airport, via food trucks / food carts. Also, I collected money from arriving flight attendants for meals sold on the flight and securely transported them to be deposited into a safe. Data entry was another large aspect of my position. All money deposited into the safe the previous day needed to be counted and each denomination of money reconciled and entered into an international company database.
