Operational excellence found me.I was born and raised on the bluegrass of Kentucky. During my pursuit of my undergraduate degree at the University of Kentucky, I worked full-time at a family-owned glazing construction company. This was a job that I was sure would stifle my career aspirations. After graduation I parted ways with the Bluegrass State and would relocate around the United States several times through an amazing 10-plus-year career in operations with some of the world's best companies. Recently I completed my Master of Business Administration from Webster University and have added a host of other certifications along the way, officially making me an addict of lifelong learning.I would summarize myself as a disrupter in the operations world. Perhaps a seemingly counterintuitive phrase, but I thrive in shaking up the status quo and helping leaders climb through their operational excellence journey. I’m passionate about facilitating creative hands-on approaches where I let the methodologies do the heavy lifting.Long story short, that stint with that family-owned glazing construction company opened the door to the operations world, which opened another door, and another door.
