Responsibilities:- Develop market knowledge and analyze market and property data to provide recommendations for investment opportunities along with operational and capital investment opportunities within the portfolio.- Communicate and follow-up on expectations with other cross-functional teams including Acquisitions, Construction, Operations, Revenue & Marketing, Asset Management, Accounting etc., in the execution of strategic business plans.- Participate in routine meetings for Asset Management, Acquisitions, Operations, and Development functions to understand the investments, priorities, and business needs and provide preparation and follow-up support as needed.- Leverage a data-driven approach to all of the hotel investment and operations processes including sales, marketing revenue management, labor and productivity, operating costs, profitability, and capital expenditures through partnering with business leaders and enhancing their ability to discover insights and make informed business decisions.- Ownership of the Construction/Redevelopment budget and forecasting process to track project costs and trends/change orders in real time and provide analysis and insights to the project team and Silverwest executives.- Collaborate with Acquisition team assisting in pre-acquisition/pre-disposition input and due diligence including review underwriting, structuring, and third-party reports.- Provide underwriting support to the Acquisition team including market research, pro forma analysis, debt and equity modeling with waterfall scenarios, recapitalizations, and other pre-acquisition/pre-disposition support.- Develop and maintain data infrastructure in order to optimize reporting, archive essential data, consolidate the data, and develop analytical insights in an efficient way in congruence with the responsibilities set forth above.
