• Responsible for the brand strategy, planning & development of global beauty for leading retailers & brands (Sephora, Vera Wang & Aeropostale)• Manage B2B marketing initiatives within the Mass, Specialty and Prestige classes of trade including Merchandising, Sell-Thru and Product Education/In-Store Actions• Supervise cross-functional team efforts relating to P&L, R&D, Packaging, Creative & Digital Interaction for all programs & new product launches• Identify and track industry trends for Client-Specific growth planning
