Corey has in-depth experience working with clients to ensure their specific goals are met, which may include tax minimization, maximizing shareholder value, optimizing corporate structures, and reducing estate tax liabilities, among others. Following his time as a tax specialist, Corey joined MNP Corporate Finance Inc., where he acted as an advisor to a variety of clients looking to sell or acquire a business.
