- Responsible for planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and evaluating the activities of the Public Services Group. Group consists of Water/Wastewater, Planning, Municipal Engineering, Transportation, Transit, Environmental Services and Construction Services.-Develop, plan, and implement long and short term departmental goals and objectives and recommend and administer policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitable for all sectors within the group.- Hire, train, and evaluate all departmental personnel, establish and monitor employee performance objectives, prepare and present employee performance reviews, provide or coordinate staff training, work with employees to correct deficiencies, implement discipline and termination procedures.- Respond to and resolve the most difficult challenges in quick and methodical manor. - Establish product quality benchmark and assure that it is being met by all staff.- Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships which includes all projects exceed the client’s expectations in regards to quality, cost and timing.

Responsible for client and project management as well as business development. Projects managed range from commercial, transit and transportation. Primary responsibilities include planning, community outreach, scheduling, financial management, and monitoring of progress from project conception through construction administration. Corey exceeds in providing innovative solutions to complex problems.

Designed a wide variety of land development and transportation projects from concept design through construction.- Concurrent design of numerous commercial, residential and transportation design projects- Collaborated with variety of clients, including commercial real estate developers, national retailers, and small business owners to ensure that needs were met and expectations were exceeded

Worked under the direction of transportation designers to prepare plans, estimates and studies for transportation projects in North Dakota.Conducted research studies on median cross-overs.
