Throughout my career at Buell Motorcycle Company, I primarily performed a variety of duties dealing with preparation, loading and shipping of motorcycle shipments both domestic and international. This position required an immense amount of organizational and leadership skills in order to ensure accuracy of dealer destinations and keep shipments efficient. Before my permanent position in Shipping, I was involved in many of the company's facets of operation including the crating of motorcycles, parts and accessories work, and assembly operation. I enjoy learning new skills and taking on new responsibilities and would love a career in which I can grow as an individual. This career has improved my abilities wit computer applications and general computer competence and has given me a strong confidence to interact professionally with a variety of people on behalf of the company via phone, e-mail or in person. As the position presented new situations and occasional delivery or return issues, problem solving and management skills were used appropriately to ensure overall efficiency. Upon multiple reviews of my performance, I received consistently strong remarks from my superiors in areas including, but not limited to: Quality of Work, Attendance, Productivity, Initiative, and Communication.

While employed here, I was involved in the assembly process and discovered the importance of each individual on the line. I assembled tables to all standards set forth by the company and continuously completed production targets within deadlines.
