As COO, my responsibilities include ILTA's business development, technology, finance, and human resources.

As CTO, I was responsible for ensuring ILTA’s technology stack helped ILTA achieve its organizational objectives. This was accomplished through:- Developing the association’s strategy for using technology resources- Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, fiscally responsibly and securely- Evaluating ILTA’s technology roadmap and implementing new systems and infrastructure

As the first hire in Chicago for Systems Evolution, Inc., I helped build the Chicago office. My primary responsibilities were delivering professional services (i.e. billable hours), while also working on business development and talent acquisition. I prospected, developed, and closed the first deal based in Chicago. I also served as the primary interviewer for candidate screens.

Managed three member communities: Managed Services, IT Security, and Managed Print Services. Responsibilities include recruiting participants, increasing community engagement, identifying initiatives, and aligning CompTIA resources to support the community.Direct report to the CIO, tasked with implementing best practices across the association’s Information Services department and served as department representative in a project management oversight capacity.Direct report to CLegalO / SVP of Membership, tasked with management of membership operations including: member service team supervision, project management of new process implementation, and re-design of current membership processes.

Projects included:Developed and implemented a PMO framework as process design lead. Includes: complete process design and support of implementation to manage multiple portfolios of IT projects worth $88 million.Bank merger as eCommerce rebrand project manager. Managed the re-branding of all websites content for a $500B bank merger.Complete packaged application development life cycle as UX and functional design lead. Two year project to customize a claims processing application for the country’s 2nd largest P&C insurance provider. Change management consultant for a field agent insurance application release. Coordinated team deployment plan and provided direct support of agents in the field.Business development project as industry development business analyst. Produced opportunity assessment, development of strategic direction, creation of communication deck, and secured executive commitment to the product.Facilitated corporate training of project life cycle methodology as faculty.
