-Strategized programs to initiate on National Grid's digital billing/payment infrastructure.-Researched programs such as a flexible due date for customers utility bills, dual commodity billing, and energy gifting to transfer payments between customers and their friends/families.-Participated in meetings with peer utilities to learn more about their programs, as well as billing and collections, and financial services to coordinate how programs will operate to minimize errors. -Provided weekly department updates of the customer organization to leadership.
