Provide Help Desk services for the computer and network systems, applicationsand programs supported by the Management Technology Department. Including: Power School, Data Director, State and Federal data submissions and reporting systems,MISchoolData portal – State of Michigan Data Portal.2. Maintains inventories of supplies necessary for ongoing operations.3. Assist the user community with the effective use of software application tools including just-intimetraining on software applications, complex problem resolution, assisting in template andformat creation, developing macros and automating repetitive tasks.4.
