I worked on the dental practice analytics team. Helped build ETL pipelines, improved data analysis, and data quality. We used Go for much of the heavy lifting, but also Python for data science and quality.

Building and maintaining various backend services in .NET Core and Golang. Also transitioned some monolithic applications to microservices, and moved them from Azure to AWS at the same time.Built and maintaining a custom CI/CD pipeline to deploy on Kubernetes using template processes and Spinnaker.Integrated 3rd party assessment providers to provide benchmarking and placement of students.Built a universal login platform to enable cross-product identity and management. This was full stack using .NET Core, and React.Additionally, I helped create client-side experiences in Unity3d and React.

I worked on the Vision email product. This was a collection of APIs that enabled scheduled emails, automatic reply/bounce tracking, and open/click-through/forward tracking. Our focus was modernizing an old C# 2.0 backend via replacement with microservices in Typescript, Node.js and Go.

I built learning games and assessments, which are used to teach children English. I also developed tools to aid in the creation of these games, and worked directly with customers to help resolve critical issues.

I ensured proper functionality from various computer systems, including Citrix farms, HP RGS blades, and desktops. Part of this required me to write and deploy scripts/custom programs to aid in ease-of-use and security.

I performed basic database maintenance techniques on mission-critical CRM Access databases. Other duties included analyzing various database queries and fine-tuning them for customers, allowing for faster targeted mailings and analysis.
