Director, Business Development And Operations
CurrentReporting to the CEO, • Primary leader of Franchise/ Co-op Model across Western Canada encompassing over 600 Pharmacies.• Identify opportunities to optimize service excellence and growth; accountable for annual growth targets• Develop and implement action plans for each member alongside regional team• Identify and implement operating efficiencies ( Lean Sigma) and opportunities that optimize member experience, grow revenues and profitability and, drive engagement for members.• Ensure operations excellence • Identify opportunities to foster relationships and synergies across assigned member and vendor network• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for members and internal supports.• Facilitate and support opportunities to assist members and drive growth through the execution and/or implementation of new programs• Mentor, develop, and lead a team of Regional Operations Managers and Business Development Managers.Support members by ensuring awareness and training across all unitsEnsure consistency in overarching processes and systemsProvide key inputs to internal and external communicationsProvide Key Strategic Direction both Operationally and Via Business Development/Franchise DevelopmentSupport employee engagement plans across all Healthcare BusinessesPartner with VPs of Ops to ensure alignmentCo-ordinate Projects, Presentations and ReportsManage complex projectsMonitor, develop and execute operational standards to ensure policies, procedures .Respond to evolving marketplace conditions.Drive change in marketplaceManage, evaluate and support member real estate opportunities.Establish and drive Corp brand equity in pharmacy landscape. Drive franchise growth through greenfield development, conversions and via strategic initiatives.
