I've also developed or in many cases improved various Engineering Standard Work doucments, best practices, internal Wiki pages, and tools for Design and PIPT organizations to share knowledge, learning, and improve documentation.RVB Design Engineer (June 2011 – Jan 2015):As a Designer for the Rotor, Vanes, and Blades (RVB) Part Family, I oversaw the outsourced design, development, and testing of the FT4000 industrial power turbine, holding design authority over the Fan, LPC, and HPC modules, including (15+) rotor stages, major rotating parts, and integrated hardware. I was also the sole rotors designer of the Fan module on Advanced Commercial Engine program FAA CLEEN, requiring cross-functional team engagement to meet aggressive milestones. Organizationally, I lead a team responsible for improving employee satisfaction through management practices / approaches. I also co-founded P.W.E.E. in the Community, dedicated to deeper community involvement, promoting the growth and attraction of local talent, and improving employee retention by establishing stronger ties with P&W employees.
