Current- Leads skill-building workshops on dozens of topics including presentation skills, meeting facilitation, delivering hard feedback, influence, storytelling, and more for customers and companies both virtually and in-person.- Coaches leaders and IC's on speaking engagements for conferences such as Oktane, CloudWorld, DreamForce, helping them uplevel both their content, presence, and slide facilitation.- Director of SNP's New York Office, managing eight New York and EMEA accounts, building repeat business, new relationships and over $50k in revenue.- Designs targeted L&D programs for customers, ranging from open enrollment workshops, management curriculums for emerging leaders, and team building executive offsites.- Spearheaded SNP's Public Workshop initiative, overseeing 80+ workshops and 100+ participants over two years, generating audience awareness and new customer contacts. - Hosts our company staff meeting and our internal Talk Radio, bringing a voice to SNP values and creating engaging, inclusive environments for employees to learn and collaborate.- Writes for OH SN*P, SNP's Monthly Newsletter, crafting narratives around topical issues that affect the modern workforce.
