As we all know, knowledge is power and I make it a point to never stop learning! I am constantly training to keep ahead of the changing industry. I am a graduate of Automotive Leadership Training and the Automotive Training Institute. I have also successfully completed the Automotive Management Institute’s Accredited Automotive Manager (AAM) program, which is the first business management accreditation program specifically designed for the automotive repair owner. Of course, education is not limited to formal settings or the number of certificates hanging on your wall. My most valuable possession is my degree from the school of hard knocks, where nothing comes easy and you have to work to succeed in life. Learning from the triumphs and failures of others is also an invaluable resource. I belong to the local BNI Group, which has given me the opportunity to make some great business friends who I have the privilege to exchange valuable business advice with on a regular basis. I like to surround myself with positive people who give honest and constructive feedback to my business dreams and dilemmas. As Proverbs 15:22 states: “Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed.”
