Throughout the day I leverage the daily routines to prioritize customer interaction and engagement while balancing tasks. As the Electronics Team Mentor I utilize my expertise to guide new employees through daily routines and establish expectations. It's important to me to take an active role in the development of new employees throughout their training period and also continue to check in with them after to ensure they’re comfortable in their new role.

In this role, I collaborated with the other remodel captains to plan and organize the remodel of a multi-level store, condensing it down to one floor. This type of remodel had never been done in Target history and as such took a lot of problem solving skills as well as regular communication with the corporate offices. My specific focus was on the electronics section of the new store. I audited each planogram in the electronics area for inaccuracies and made sure to track down and organize all of the signing and fixtures needed for the section. I led a team that set up and stock the electronics section, insuring that the area created an inviting shopping environment and that the products were signed correctly and available for the customers to shop before the grand opening of the new store.

As Marketing Assistant for the Department of Human Sciences at the University of Idaho, I had many responsibilities. I designed and created advertisements for any club or organization in my department as needed. I organized, cleaned and updated the departments inventory of sports/athletic equipment for the first time since 2014. Another one of my many responsibilities was to provide general data entry support for the faculty in the department.

As a theater attendant at Village Center Cinemas, my main responsibilities were to sell and collect admission tickets and passes, sell concessions items, and clean and clear the theaters after a showing to prepare for the next movie. It was while working as a theater attendant that I learned the importance of going the extra mile in customer service. If someone looked like they were struggling to carry their two sodas and a popcorn, I would offer to carry their popcorn for them, or if someone needed assistance walking to their seat, I would go out of my way to help them to their seat.

As Vice President, I insured that the internal operations of the chapter were running smoothly. I officiated weekly Executive Board meetings and coordinated the agenda for chapter meetings. I also worked closely with each of the committees and committee chairmen within the chapter and conducted weekly committee chair meetings.

As Sergeant-at-Arms, I presided over the chapter's Judicial Board each week. I enforced all rules and regulations of the chapter according to chapter by-laws. I was also trusted with organizing, leading and coordinating the rituals of the fraternity to the exact standards of the Delta Sigma Phi National Headquarters.

As new member educator, I educated the new members on our key values and fraternity history. I developed lesson plans and created tests to gauge how well the new members were retaining the information. Before I took over as new member educator, our new member program was far behind what Delta Sigma Phi Headquarters had expected from us. Once elected, I revamped the New Member Education program to better align with HQ's standards.

As undergraduate academic advisor, I organized and operated a three hour study workshop five days a week for the entirety of the school year. I worked closely with the new members, encouraging them to develop healthy study habits that would greatly benefit them for the remainder of their college career. During my term, our grades improved to above the All Men's Average GPA at the University of Idaho for the first time in three years.

As a cook's assistant, I cleaned and prepared the cooking station and dining room. I prepared the items the cook needed for service, from chopping vegetables to making sauces, and slicing meat. I cleaned all the dishes used in the creation and consumption of the meal. I was also responsible for following all food handling and storage guidelines.
