The PPABAC's primary role is to make recommendations on the dispersion of grant funds, specifically those originating from the Recycling Resources Economic Opportunity (RREO) Fund. RREO grants are budgeted to promote economic development through the management of materials that would otherwise be landfilled. The PPABAC assesses all qualifying applications and provides recommendations to the Pollution Prevention Advisory Board.

Inspects incoming materials for conformance; scans COC and Test Reports to PO Receipt in Digital Document Control System to provide 100% product traceability. Guide, motivate, and develop subordinate employees. Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as ISO: 9001 and AS: 9100 Quality Standards, Lean Manufacturing, and Employee Safety.

Responsible for the development of supervisors and managers. Follows and teaches all required safety and standard operating proceduresAct as the primary human resources element in the Colorado market. Primary point of contact for all local HR tasks including but not limited to recruitment, hiring, drug screening, background checks, I-9 compliance, orientation, onboarding, HR investigations, progressive discipline, terminations, payroll deductions, payroll administration, benefits enrollment, & more.
