Oversee each job and estimate that comes in from beginning to end. Produce daily estimates and quotes for every type of job in the draft beer world. Along with these responsibilities I oversee the Sales Team that covers mainly Southern California and nationwide.

• Manage a territory with over 2100+ accounts and work with 18 Sales Representatives, focus on achieving new distribution and increasing volume in my territory and at the account level• Partner with suppliers to ensure a constant focus on the brands we distribute out in the field• Educate staff and management teams at the account level on beer knowledge• Manage and oversee inventory at main distribution site including checking stock, inventory and rotating products based on code dates• Provide all technical draft maintenance including installs, line cleaning, troubleshooting and service calls• Certified Cicerone Beer Server

-Manage 100+ Restaurants and Team Members; train employees on Beer Cellar Operations and Root Beer Production including but not limited to daily operations, line cleanings, inventory, organization and upkeep-Attend New Restaurant Openings; teach new hires about beer production and pairings, order parts, equipment and supplies; set up Beer Cellar to meet company standards-Oversee Barrel Aging Program; racking beer and bottling; ensure health and safety protocol is maintained
