While at SureTech Inc. I developed a consistent and identifiable STI voice and approach for all communications that emphasized their values of openness, collaboration, and extraordinary attention to customer service. I also offered tech support and developed inside sales communication, CRM facilitation, lead creation, client on-boarding, and sales funnel processes for the team. I played a vital role within their sales team by facilitating all client-directed communications and sales funnel processes. I also worked closely with the CEO and tech support team to troubleshoot software and assure the highest quality of product.Last summer we were also fortunate enough to rank #171 out of 45,000+ applicants in Chase Bank’s and Living Social’s “Mission Small Business” campaign, designed to give 12 small businesses grants of $250,000. We started a grassroots marketing campaign designed to bring the grant to Princeton, NJ. Although we weren't picked as finalists, we were still able to spread brand awareness and unity among local businesses.Through blog writing and social media marketing campaigns I was able to provide value-added content to the right demographic; offering small business tips and tech news in an easy-to-digest and discoverable format. I was in charge of the creation of new web material and have facilitated website redesign projects aimed at improving user experience and product descriptions. I also wrote the standard operating procedure (S.O.P.) for lead farming/generation, sales team processes, CRM implementation, and marketing initiatives.

I worked directly with the Director of Product Marketing with all campaigns and projects while at Acsis Inc. We managed an $800,000 marketing budget to generate leads and drive awareness across multiple vertical markets. We redesigned the branding and marketing strategy of the organization and developed messaging to drive awareness and increase the sales pipeline.I assisted with the management of internal marketing and sales support staff, marketing agencies, and a public relations firm to establish marketing strategy and lead generation efforts. I also coordinated with product development, engineering, and sales teams to complete new product marketing collateral across multiple vertical markets. I was personally responsible for all web content, web marketing, press releases, brochures, sales presentations, re-branding initiatives, use-case studies, e-Newsletter campaigns, e-mail marketing, sales team facilitation, lead intelligence data gathering, and social media campaigns/content marketing strategies to increase new visitors and page views. I also handled all trade show speaking opportunities, industry analysts meetings, webcasts, podcasts, and special event logistics across the country by scheduling collateral delivery, approving literature, and managing most day-to-day trade-show leads and data. While at Acsis, Inc. I created their social media presence from the ground-up. I was able to improve total site visits by 48%, unique visits by 121%, average site visit duration by 99%, and new visits by 47% by utilizing all of the latest trends in content marketing, SEO, and lead generation. My design skills were utilized in creating three sets of icons for Acsis, Inc. products. These products are currently being used by leading supply chain companies in the Life Sciences, Food, and Chemical industries that track products and assets from raw materials to the consumer.
