• Simultaneously served as Senior Manager for Headquarters and Headquarters Company United States Garrison and Assistant Director of Personnel Control Facility Fort Sill, OK. Duties included budget preparation, execution.
• Managed the U.S. Army AWOL/Deserter and Post Confinement mission, which included 1600 Soldiers confined in one of seven military confinement facilities (CONUS and OCONUS), on parole, excess leave or civilian penal.
• Developed sponsorship training program resulting in over 1000 Soldiers trained in the orderly integration of new Soldiers arriving to Fort Sill, OK, ensured compliance with regulation mandates of the Total Army.
• Developed and implemented the installation Industrial Training Center, providing the manpower to remodel the facilities, saving the Army over $200,000.

• Served as Senior Manager and Acting Senior Advisor. Duties included budget management, supervision and evaluation of Soldiers. Managed the health care, welfare, training, morale, and professional development of 65.
• Managed the deactivation of Fifth U.S. Army Corps property consisting of four buildings and two arms rooms, which included cleaning, repairing, and refurbishing installation facilities, and eliminating 90 LINS, valued.
• Managed two split property books for complete inventory of Company’s equipment in Afghanistan and Germany: over 3000 pieces of equipment valued over $30M dollars.
• Improved morale, safety awareness and professional development of Soldiers resulting in numerous Soldiers receiving promotions and awards.
• Developed and implemented safety, training, and physical security programs for the Company which received the Army Safety Excellence Award.

• Served as Operations Manager for the ISAF Joint Command (IJC), a joint and combined Corps Level multinational headquarters. Day to day duties included operational management of combat operations in Afghanistan.
• Managed and supervised 90 service members from all U.S. military services and 45 Coalition Partner nations in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
• Managed mission critical information, issued and tracked over 1000 combat orders issued by senior leadership (Lieutenant General).
