I also work closely with scientists and other experts to drive innovation and implement the best possible tools and methods to advance and scale up the Seed Oil Free mission.

As a health and wellness coach and fitness trainer, I provided guidance to over 1000 clients over 10 years, including elite athletes, celebrities, medical professionals, special needs clients (such as people with type 2 diabetes, senior citizens, and post-surgical or bariatric patients), and many others.

While working with J&J as a contractor for nearly three years as a young writer at my first serious science writing gig, I corresponded with FDA officials in a regulatory compliance role, created whitepapers and monographs for new drug claims, and generated FDA- compliant instructions and drug facts labels. I was also assigned as the head project writer for a New Drug Application and assisted with a phase 0 to 2 clinical trial for a major "natural bioactive"-derived prescription product.
