Across my career, I’ve often served as the sole technology resource, which has included handling various integrations, solving a multitude of business challenges, collaborating with executive leadership to define software engineering strategy, and defining a positive work culture within and across teams. For the past 10-plus years, I’ve had the unique opportunity to build the software for an automotive technology SaaS start-up (RedCap), scale it, and help take the company through acquisition and a successful exit.
