Across my career, I’ve often served as the sole technology resource, which has included handling various integrations, solving a multitude of business challenges, collaborating with executive leadership to define software engineering strategy, and defining a positive work culture within and across teams. For the past 10-plus years, I’ve had the unique opportunity to build the software for an automotive technology SaaS start-up (RedCap), scale it, and help take the company through acquisition and a successful exit. This has also included maintaining accountability across the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), expanding the product, developing a highly scalable architecture through cloud transformation, and deploying software development best practices.I bring a strong blend of technical knowledge with a solid business acumen that enables me to build high-performing engineering teams (onshore and offshore), develop and nurture talent, forge relationships with business leaders and stakeholders, and speak to large audiences about the impact of the software product. Innovative, intellectually curious, and perceptive, I hold a strong desire for new ideas and possibilities as well as remain open to different ways of doing things.
