I managed the development of two sustainable seafood tools as a consultant for the USAID M.A.R.K.E.T project which I was involved with from January 2014 - June 2015. The Southeast Asian Shrimp Aquaculture Improvement Protocol was developed by a 14 person Steering Committee and I led the group through 4 Steering Committee meetings and 3 Public Meetings ranging from 15- 86 participants per meeting. I was the lead facilitator and project manager and over an 18 month period the project created 4 drafts and conducted some basic field testing. The Fishery Protocol was developed by a 25 person Steering Committee and I led the group through 5 Steering Committee meetings and 5 Public Meetings ranging from 15- 86 participants per meeting. I was the lead facilitator and project manager and over an 18 month period the project created 4 drafts and conducted some basic field testing.Both projects are now moving forward under different convening organizations. I remain in the lead role for both projects.
