As a Senior Account Executive in our Middle Market Group, I am responsible for managing the current relationships and selling new prospects exclusively to staffing and recruiting clients. Being an expert at solving problems by researching your clients/prospects is a significant portion of this role. Implementing human capital solutions through education and learning about the client's industry and business, along with identifying challenges they are currently facing and will be facing is key in this role. I identify multiple decision makers throughout organizations and present impactful data and information to illustrate their pains and propose meaningful solutions. Generating and cultivating relationships, along with helping my clients/prospects become more efficient and profitable.

Perform post-sales support to a dedicated book of business through; training end users (webinar and in-person), performing statistical analysis reviews on usage and ROI, and identifying additional partnership opportunities. In addition, responsible for department peer leadership projects and training.Accomplishments:• Exceeded quarterly metric goals and maintained client approval rating (NPS) of 93% over average of 72%• Created training regiment with recruiters to increase client product usage by 40%• Over $900k in up-sells to clients through quantifying applicants, time-to-hire, cost per hire, total hires, competitor analysis and developing new recruitment strategies.• Mentored team members on daily responsibilities, projects and growth within position.• Began leadership development courses: stepping into mgmt., legal interviewing, and lean project mgmt.• Facilitated departmental trainings on SharePoint, Excel, and how to partner with sales.
