Involved in design, analysis, development, testing, and delivery of a variety of business solutions.Managed project related to Full service vending solutions including Cashless Gateway for credit card sales on vending machines, Electronic locking systems, and predictive sales solutions.Managed Vancouver pilot of electronic locks for FSV. Trained and setup sales center to use a local version of the ELock electronic lock system in order to pilot the solution. Wrote detailed analysis of pilot to determine if the system could be used in live environment. Provided daily support to North American users, participated on project teams searching for more efficient methods to track Full Service information and collaborated with multiple groups working to complete projects and procedures for gathering data. Tested and developed new software and hardware with the goal of increasing Full Service sales. Wrote technical and functional documentation referenced by programmers and involved parties working on projects associated with Full Service department. Assisted other parties to evaluate how projects outside of group might affect Full Service.Worked with new hardware and software to ensure its functionality prior to rolling it out to users in the field, evaluated data systems to ensure data was moved accurately during daily processes and research data throughout company systems to ensure data integrity.
