My experience is in executive management and leadership specializing in start-ups, turnaround businesses and high growth organizations. I have decades of experience in servicing the mortgage industry, commercial real estate, Internet marketing, and software design. My primary passion and focus is designing and delivering superior products to customers through technology and service. As an entrepreneur, I've worn multiple hats and have experience in all other aspects of business; including Sales, Marketing, Finance, strategic planning, risk assessment/mgmt, etc. I gravitate to mid-stage funded start-ups, as well as companies suffering from "growing pains", new technologies, new industries, companies needing rebranding or even rebooting, or anything that just sounds too fun to pass up. I'm also a specialist of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), born from the popular book 'Traction: Get a Grip on Your Business' by Gino Wickman. We installed EOS at FirstClose in 2016 and have been following it ever since, it has revolutionized how we run our business and we've seen explosive growth!
