I am a member of the International Coaching Federation, have a Masters degree in the world-renowned Human Systems Intervention program from Concordia University, as well as the Foundations of Professional Coaching program from Concordia, and the Transformational Coaching Academy.Coaching is based on the concept of constructionism – that we create our reality for good or for bad – and it is by changing the lens by which we see ourselves and the world around us that we grow. I strongly believe that we do not have to limit ourselves the way that most of us do, and that through the coaching process we can learn to change our perspectives, broaden our possibilities, and gain the focus and momentum we need to thrive. I consider coaching a sacred responsibility and nothing brings me more joy than to be a small part of a client’s unique journey!
