I currently service properties for Freddie Mac - Direct Approved Agent, Chase Home Finance, Bank of America, Virtual Bank, Atlas REO (Fannie Mae), Precision Asset Management, CITI Residential Lending, and GRP Financial, Green River Capital (Fannie Mae) etc. All the asset managers are very pleased with my performance and I continually receive more properties from my REO partners. I am well versed in all areas of the REO process including, sales process, property management, workouts/cash for keys, eviction process, etc. I have 9 members on my reo team to manage assets.
