• Support the Marshall Space Flight Center pilot of Maximo Application Suite (MAS). This support involves testing new capabilities of the software, upgrading MAS to new releases, learning more about the new underlying platform OpenShift, and sharing this information with other NASA centers as we move towards an enterprise solution.• Lead the upgrade of the EZMaxMobile mobile solution, which is utilized by over one hundred craftsmen on-site. This effort includes installing new builds, testing online and offline functionality, and working with the vendor to resolve bugs found during testing.• Develop business processes, reports and functionality within Maximo that allows NASA and the contractors to report on their data more accurately.• Implement configuration management processes to be used by the Maximo team to better track and maintain changes made to the applications.

The implementations include loading assets, locations, items, inventory, and purchase records using the MIF and MXLoader.• Develop and modify existing workflows to better meet business needs. Including developing a process to record history of PR Rejection’s during the workflow process that can be reported on to upper management.• Support the development of an enterprise mobile solution on Android devices running Interloc's Mobile Informer application. This requires troubleshooting user issues, working with the vendor on fixes and enhancements, gathering requirements, and upgrading Mobile Informer to the latest version.• Develop integration to be utilized with a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution to support the effort of dual entry between two Maximo systems.• Develop BIRT reports based on end user requirements.• Interface with IBM to troubleshoot issues with Maximo 7.6.1.3

Primarily focused on supporting the NASA Marshall Space Flight Center IBM Maximo Asset Management systems. This includes:• Implemented a modern mobile solution replacement that allows users to take advantage of Maximo functionality while also providing new features to make their processes more efficient. This project moved the mature and experienced facilities maintenance work force from old PDA devices and paper to a paperless process with the craft utilizing iPads running Interpro's EZMaxMobile application.• Successfully developed and implemented six new sites into Maximo. These projects involved replacing unsupported and outdated systems while giving the users more functionality.• Led multiple upgrades of Maximo, WebSphere and Oracle databases to the most current supported versions. This included documentation and resolving issues found post upgrade.• Researching, documenting, developing, and testing solutions for day-to-day problems or enhancements made to the Maximo system. Test plans are written and run using Tricentis qTest and are released following a JIRA release process.• Developed elaborate Maximo workflow process that captured signatures for reporting purposes. The workflow replaced a manual process of sending emails gathering approvals and signatures.• Gathering requirements from customers and developing BIRT reports. This includes writing functional and technical specifications.
