In addition, I also led the implementation of new mobile devices to reduce fuel waste.✦ 𝗔𝗶𝗿 𝗢𝗽𝘀 – 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗘𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁I orchestrated the eSign mobile hardware deployment project which provided users with access to aircraft maintenance repair systems within hangar facilities to reduce time away from aircraft.✦ 𝗔𝗠𝗧 & 𝗟𝗦𝗦 𝗘𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 & 𝗘𝗻𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲To prop up both the Aircraft Maintenance Technician (AMT) and Lean Six Sigma (LSS) environments, I identified and optimized leverage of various learning materials, resources, teams, and technology methods such as Web based-learning, Digital library, iPad handouts.✦ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁Aiming to ensure 100% corporate regulatory compliance and certification for aircraft maintenance personnel, I executed an in-depth analysis of departmental hardware needs. Then, I devised training to deepen their understanding of and enhance compliance to FedEx user policies. In addition, I also managed compliance with Vendor Risk Management to foster culture and fair practices.

Brought in as Senior Instructional Development Specialist, I proactively analyzed departmental training needs and collaborated with management and instructional leads in designing and implementing effective instructional programs, strategies, and materials to enhance training programs and facilitate the professional development of employees.
