Helped management put together a go-to-market plan for an educational software and understand the opportunities and risks associated. - Target markets- Customer segmentation- Financial projections and building out financial model- Identifying Channels, and- Developed a market strategy

Provide guidance to instructors on how to consistently provide top quality lessons to clients. Ensuring all 150+ instructors are trained, scheduled, and paid properly. Problem solves to resolve any unforeseen issues arise: language barriers between clients and instructors, inadequate amount of staff to client ratios, disciplinary action needed to be taken care of, evaluation discrepancies and providing advice on how to organize groups that have uncooperative individuals or individuals that have a wide range of abilities. - Help with developing the apprentice program – a program that helps individuals hone in on their ski or snowboarding skills to ensure they are ready to take on their certification to become an instructor. To date more than 35 individuals have been hired from this program. - During any shift accountable for 20 – 150+ instructors

I guided retail purchases through the seasonal lines for both equipment and clothing/outerwear with Meltdown Snowboards. Sold Burton products at tradeshows including international ski and travel show in Toronto, and engaged and gained new customers through on snow demos across Ontario.
