I support clients by providing full-stack frontend and backend development for Wordpress and Shopify websites. Additionally, I provide clients with fully managed website hosting, maintenance and security services for Wordpress clients, general tech support, as well as consultation services. In addition to website clients, I also provide podcast editing services for a small network of clients.

My responsibilities include supporting the company’s marketing efforts by managing the customer relationship management and marketing platform (Ontraport), where it is my responsibility to build and maintain complex sales funnels and content delivery automations for a database housing over 500,000 customers and email list contacts. I also provide frontend and backend Wordpress development, where it is my responsibility to develop new websites in the network, create new sales pages and functionality on the existing websites, and maintain existing technologies. Additionally, I provide my expertise to the team when it comes to utilizing and troubleshooting existing software, as well as implementing any new technologies that is needed to expand our services

As the website developer, I built and maintained an ecommerce and content-rich Wordpress website, which included custom functionality to power a podcast shownote library, paid business directory, ecourse and masterclass store, customer account learning portal, free resource library, multiple blogs, paid membership community, and more. I was also responsible for supporting the team with the setup and operation of all technology and software used by the company.As the podcast editor + producer, I produced and edited over 1000 hours and 700 episodes of audio and video for a network of 6 podcast shows, including the top-ranked and award-winning Being Boss podcast that has been downloaded over 14 million times.

I provided Wordpress development support to the marketing team, which involved building sales pages, creating lead magnets, creating custom website functionality, and maintaining security and performance of the website and server. I led the project to build and launch the WooCommerce store for the business, which included programming custom API integrations for ActiveCampaign and their existing Kajabi ecourse platform.

I coded and maintained dozens of websites for clients across a variety of platforms, including Adobe Business Catalyst, Wordpress, and Shopify. I provided customer/client support via phone and email in regards to website maintenance, content updates, additional functionality, etc. Additionally, I assisted with producing in-house content, including email marketing funnels, ecourses, ebooks, physical products, and more

I project managed and programmed the build of the wedding vendor directory, with the project including full systems analysis, backend and frontend development, and post-launch product support. Additional responsibilities included maintaining the A Practical Wedding website, which involved building new editorial tools for the writing team, improving site speed performance, and optimizing advertisement code.
