Direct the Learning & Development program in support of 300+ team members in 35 US offices (including virtual/remote staff) to advance company goals and initiatives. Served as the Lead Project Manager on company implementation from no training oversight to Saba Cloud Learning Management System (LMS) named Buds, Best Buddies University for Development and Success. Buds is fully integrated into company culture, used by all departments for staff training.✔Addressed key training needs for new and tenured staff producing a dozen original training courses per year. Designed, wrote and created a seven-part e-course bundle that educates new hires about the scope of Best Buddies work, programs, offices, activities, and staff.
