As the Technology Executive for a regional Clinically Integrated Network (CIN), and Accountable Care Organization (ACO), and a Medicaid delivery system redesign program. I implemented a regional Population Health Management (PHM) platform to drive regional transformation initiatives, find efficiencies by combining claims and real-time clinical data to risk-stratify the population, report quality measures, and identify gaps in patient care. I work closely with multiple Boards including those representing ACO, CIN, and FDRHPO.
