● Solely managed HR responsibilities across 50-person cardiology practice.● Led recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical positions. This includes solely managing new hire onboarding process which involves pre-employment screenings, personnel record keeping, processing I-9 documents, and creating employee profiles within our HRIS application.● Primary contact for new employees as they transition into their new role. This involves interfacing with new employees and guiding them through their first day.● Schedule, organize and execute weekly benefit administration meetings. This allows employees to learn more about our benefit package and ask questions.● Identified process improvement and spearheaded implementation for internal employee recognition program. This included researching products and cost analysis based on tenure.● Daily maintaining, updating and processing leave of absence cases, termination paperwork, payroll and company organizational chart.
