Created new business processes and ways of working with internal clients, improved buying efficiencies and business controls, delivering overheads efficiencies and business effectiveness.• Provided management, coaching and leadership to a team of 20+ associates. Implemented a peer mentoring program within the team for team skill development purposes.• Delivered key asset and cost savings projects, yielding cost savings in excess of 6% of spend.
