Translating technical value into a compelling business story.I've always been obsessed with stories. Two hundred books is a bad reading year for me. And I'm too embarrassed to share how many TV shows count. This is why no one but me is surprised I found my passion in Corporate America, helping organizations and people find and tell their stories. π©βπΌ UW Women in Business Co-Presidentπ΄MBA Candidate at the University of Washington with an anticipated graduation of 2025. π Solutions Marketing ManagerI started fresh out of college at Mobile Coach as a chatbot writer. I had no idea what that meant, but I was excited to write! So I began helping organizations craft their narrative as they engage learners and employees with a storyboard-like journey told through a chatbot. Slowly I went from assisting people in writing the storyboard to finding the story for them, which included what information they needed to share, and the best ways to design the experience. From there, I shifted to Managing Partner Relationships, which meant transitioning from managing client's chatbots to helping our partners create their own chatbot stories and then sharing them with the world. Now I also help share Mobile Coach's story as the Marketing Manager. While I don't spend as much time as I'd like creating chatbot experiences, I do love meeting new people and helping them see how they can engage their audience using a chatbot. The journey was not what I ever expected, but I love empowering organizations and engaging people in their stories. I create personalized and impactful experiences for chatbot users that help make significant business results happen. When I'm not obsessing over chatbots, I still read far too much. I'm a big Agatha Christie evangelist, so if you got this far, I highly recommend you give the queen of mystery a try! I'm perpetually working on my own retelling of her best detective, Miss Marple.
