Currently the CEO and CFO and Board Member of private equity owned Salado USA, one of the region’s largest natural limestone and sandstone quarriers and producers. I play a key role in shaping the company's strategic growth and have successfully driven revenue and profitability improvements through optimizing people and capital resources, innovation, productivity and process improvements, and vigilant cost management.As CEO, working with my talented team, we drove a +33% EBITDA growth on +11% revenue over a three-year period to achieve the highest TTM EBITDA performance in the company's history.An important focus point of mine is on our operational safety, and have successfully achieved 0 worker's comp claims in the last 3 years. After beginning my career as a CPA at Ernst, I left to become the director of finance for a $12 billion dollar division of Dell, Inc. Interested in M&A and private equity, I joined manufacturer Artcobell Corporation and led them through three sell-side transactions before joining Salado USA.
