Used the multiunit enterprise structure as a paradigm to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of Liberia’s Gender-Based Violence Taskforce system. Conducted qualitative, in-country research (i.e. focus groups and individual interviews) at the county and national level. The data analysis identified strong features of the structure to be nurtured; outlined strategies for improving consistency; and made recommendations for division of responsibility between levels and defined responsibility and influence.

KAICT is part of the University of Liberia for policy studies in conflict, peace, security, and gender and development. Wrote communication and conflict resolution modules and conducted pilot sessions to test materials; assisted in creating peace education modules used in Liberian high schools; analyzed gender-based violence surveys conducted in Southeast Liberia and wrote the report.

Touch Foundation (TF) is an organization working to improve access to healthcare in Tanzania.

Executed all phases of audit engagements including coordination, budgeting, planning, administration, review and preparation of financial statements.
