As a health educator and communications coordinator at the Sheboygan County Division of Public Health, I work with diverse communities and stakeholders to develop and implement health promotion strategies and programs. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science in Health Communication for Social Change from the CUNY Graduate School of Public Health and Health Policy. I am passionate about addressing health disparities, stigma, and harm reduction for rural LGBTQ+ populations and people who inject drugs.I have over two years of experience as a Wisconsin Population Health Service Fellow. I co-led an internal health equity team, created social media content, conducted data analysis, and co-authored a health impact assessment. I also have a Master of Public Health from the Yale School of Public Health, with a concentration in the epidemiology of microbial diseases. I am an ASCP-certified medical laboratory scientist, and I have contributed to multiple COVID-19 research projects and publications.
