Guiding Continental Services Group, a 47-year-old company, towards even higher quality processing, procedures and product. Continental Blood Bank serves the pharma and research industry as a global supplier of human-based raw materials and biologicals.

Implemented a series of internet-based, easily accessible databases and tools for both CSG staff and donors. Employee-facing systems include a new HR portal, as well as alterations and improvements to internal operational software. Forward-facing systems installed included the implementation of email marketing and social media strategies to incentivize and draw in a wider range of blood donors. Building a database of thousands of donors, CSG has taken advantage of simple tools to make a large business impact, and open a dialogue with our donor base.

Editor of AgFunderNews, a news site backed by the equity crowdfunding platform, AgFunder. I built the platform's news site, produced multimedia content daily, managed several social media platforms, and interviewed top ag-industry leaders to give AgFunder's audience and insider's glance into the ag and agtech world. After launching AgFunderNews in November of 2013, AgFunderNews was named one of seven "Standout News Sites" by Food Tech Connect in March 2014. From February 2014 to July 2014, we averaged an 18 percent MoM page-view increase, and reduced our MoM bounce rate by 10 percent.
