Prior to supporting the Disney Entertainment consumer products, I managed an engineering team supporting ABC Owned Television Stations (ABC OTV). My background experience includes 15 years as a frontend engineer and now managing a team of software engineers. Our Customer Solutions Engineering team intakes production issues, triages them and will code fix frontend issues. We ensure that issues are handled per our standard operating procedure and that we communicate frequently with stakeholders, product and engineering teams.I am always looking to make improvements on our processes and workflows to ensure that we are working efficiently.
