Utilized quality improvement methods to design and implement systematic changes to FHI 360's Sahaay Helpline, a national HIV/STI hotline. Conducted observations and formative research to identify areas of improvement and develop appropriate QI strategies; evaluated data returns and user response to determine extent of improvement and develop.

Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina Area

Assessed the state of injury and violence prevention (IVP) activities in North Carolina by evaluating the work 85 local health departments (LHD). Focused on evidence-based intervention use and LHD capacity.

Developed social marketing campaign strategy and associated products for the Early Hearing Detection & Intervention program, based on formative research and message testing results.

Selected as one of 34 Global Health Corps fellows from over 1,300 applicants. Designed a quantitative and qualitative data collection tool, used by staff members at SWAA’s seven community clinics. Collected and assessed monthly reports on all clinical, social work, and outreach activities; drafted six-month and annual reports on the findings.
