At Moonship, I managed a team of professional artists to create mixed-media art pieces. This included complex scheduling to ensure the pieces were completed to meet deadlines, observe artists at their workstations collecting data to help design a better workflow, created and implemented quality assurance procedures covered in all aspects of production, built workstations around ease of use, ordered and purchased materials according to a Kanban system, tracked each individual art piece through to shipping destination.
