I'm so proud of my 20+ year purpose-driven career that's been focused on building community and making life better for others. I am an experienced and passionate leader and coach. My life focus has always been about building community wherever I go. My greatest offerings are building collaborations, improving organizational culture, nurturing leadership in others, moving organizations from point A-Z, leading through organizational change, creating gracious and welcoming space for all and modeling a healthy work / life balance. We are more productive members of society when we thrive at finding balance. My goal is to live and give with purpose based on my values.
